How can I cancel my subscription?

For Individual SendToPerson.com accounts, here is how you can cancel your subscription:

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here are the steps:
1. Go to sendtoperson.com and log in.
2. Click My Account button
3. Click the Cancel Subscription button
4. Please enter a message about why you are cancelling so we can improve
5. Check the Agree to Cancel box, indicating that you understand your credit card will not be charged and the service will end.
6. Click the Cancel My Subscription button.

Once you complete these simple steps your credit card will no longer be charged. Your account will still work as a paid account until the end of your subscription month, at which point it will revert back to a free account.
